Boxing Academy: Invest in your own mental development. Learn the theory and the practical benefits will follow. Simply choose the course to enrol on, pay the school fees and see the eventual benefits. As a rough guide, it takes approximately one day per thousand spent to complete a course (so, if the course costs $10,000, it will take approximately 10 days to complete).
