Fight Preparation

Boxers should always peak both physically and mentally at the time of their next fight. Here are a few tips to guide you towards the perfect fight preparation:

- Make sure that your condition is 100% prior to entering the fight.

- Always try to enter a fight with the highest level of morale possible or simply ensure that your morale level is higher than that of your opposition.

- Research your opposition by watching their last few fights and assessing their fight history. Do they fight dirty? Are they prone to being cut? Are they sluggers, dancers or one-hit wonders? Plan your tactics accordingly.
